The cars parked in front of Saanvi's preschool when I went to pick her up today : A Mazerati, a Prosche Cayenne, a BMW 7 series and a Lexus convertible.
No wonder her preschool looks like disneyland on the inside :)
Hubby is out at a volleyball game. Me- Going shopping. Saanvi - visit to the mall and a ride on the carousel. Everyone gets to do what they want, every once in a while -Perfect start to the weekend :)

4 days of snow and frost....Nope, not complaining.Got to work from home all 4 days....yay !!
My princess turned 3 today !! how time flies....
Wants to sleep in till noon and wake up to crispy mom made dosas and coffee!
Is disillusioned. I am told character can only take u so far; circumstances govern who u become. And I always thought it was the other way round.
Love is ecstasy...Love is endurance & everything in between :)
Was @ d billing counter at Walmart today, when I see this really old couple in front of me in line. They had some OTC medication, milk, and groceries in the basket. Like an after-thought the old man grabs a flower bouquet and gives it to his wife asking her to bill it. What grabs my attention is the look in his eyes and the smile on his face. He'd been holding her hand all through. As he takes notice of me watching, he smiles and says "We've been married 43 years. Have forgotten what its like to be young"....And I'm thinking "Love is not overrated at all. People have gotto to be lucky enough to find it and smart enough to hold onto it".....

Koffee with Karan season3 has reinvented itself with a new theme - humiliation. Everyone on the chat show sounds so ridiculous..... its like setting a new bar to how low you can go. The host, the guests and the even the sponsors seem to have lost it. I plan to quit watching before I lose it too :)
Its snowing inDallas
The mist in the air, the golden rays of dawn,the dew on my windshield, horses grazing on the ranch, and the cool wind blowing across my face are some of the rare and beautiful perks of getting to work by 7:30 am every morning :)
Its when you have to really speed and get some place that you get caught at all the signals and all the previously non-existent school zones (20 mph speed limits) suddenly appear out of nowhere !
Took a walk down memory lane while catching up with a very dear friend today only to realize how far we'd come and how the journey had transformed us.
Glad that no matter what changes in life, the past doesn't & the memories are ours to keep!
Reunion time - New year kicks off with the exciting news of good friends visiting fromBoston
