Love - Isn't it the most written about, discussed and over-hyped emotion of all? She had often read about the power of true love and just as frequently been skeptical about it. Up until she encountered it in all its glory!!
It was intoxicating, you bet !! A complete loss of control over one's senses and surroundings. She was drawn in like a dry leaf drawn in by a whirlwind and she floated around in the beauty and romance of this divine emotion. Love as she now knew it was indeed omnipotent. It was invincible and beyond human comprehension. For someone as balanced and level-headed as her, it was hard to believe the vulnerability it brought with it.
Looking at it objectively though, she believed that the encounter had made her a better person. It brought out the best in her. She'd observed the profound change in her perspective towards life.But wasn't love supposed to be all about acceptance ? Acceptance of the person just the way he/she is? How then did it bring about transformation? Yet another paradox she thought. But a positive transformation that occurs without awareness is exquisite, don't you think?
Love for her was ethereal and mystical............She reveled in it and devoured every moment of it!!

Another facet of love is that in acceptance it slowly transforms the human self - where the part in you grows onto the other, slow yet profound and then the paradox unfolds itself :-)
